You often hear “The man, the myth, the legend” thrown around… but this episode of the Endurance Town USA podcast features a man who was clearly inspiration behind the phrase! Green Beret & Professional Obstacle Course Racer, Robert Killian (aka Spartan Killian).

The story of Captain Killian from childhood, to his remarkable career in the Military, to his modern day gladiator status is one for the record books (literally)! We were honored to sit down with Robert in Avila Beach, CA during of full morning of training with Team California Warrior (they were preparing for the 5 day Obstacle Course race, Primal Quest, in British Columbia). Yes… those are waves crashing in the background. 😉
