Polly Mertens is an addiction recovery coach and writer that teaches women about personal transformation in the realm of eating disorders.
After recovering from 20 years of bulimia, she is on a mission to help women around the world find their roadmap to recovery. Polly tried different treatments for bulimia including 1:1 therapy, anti-depressant medications, support groups and sponsors, and finally recovered of her own will through self-help and the work of personal transformation.
