Lauren Meers is a habit and wellness coach with over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, specifically in sports nutrition and coaching. In addition to her degree in Psychology from Cal Poly, Lauren is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, focusing on stress reduction, new behaviors, and goal visualization.
Lauren’s unique professional experience, including careers in wealth management, land conservation fundraising and business development, gives her a strong foundation to share her love of strategy, motivating others, and connection to nature. Lauren provides healthy habit framework and structured solutions to daily stresses for busy people. She believes our connection to people and wild places around us are essential parts of a purpose-driven life. Lauren believes that when we live with purpose we are able to achieve meaningful goals, help others, and give back to the community around us. Lauren feels her best when she is near the beach. She also enjoys yoga, writing, hiking and exploring. She believes a vibrant sense of humor is a superpower, and you should never leave home without it.
